Over the last six months Grebeard has been involved in a number of musical partnerships and the creation of a raft of new songs. Work with Bert Stevenson on old Robert Burns and Robert Fergusson songs as well as new songs by Bert and Greybeard have been most enjoayable encounters. We intend to continue this and to produce some recordings and - hopefully- put in some live appearances. Much rehearsal still to be done. Joining us, sadly only intermittently, has been Chris Hodgkinson and his ever expanding collection of mouthies.

At last we are up and running. There is a full album on the site containing 17 tracks. I'd appreciate any feedback on them. The album can be purchased by using the contacts on the site. Live performance of the tracks is currently through the band, Beluga, and they have their own website at belugatunes.com.

Plans to perform this album using a range of musicians are currently underway.

This site is a vehicle for songwriting and will feature recorded songs and lyrics. At present only the works of greybeard are available but the intention is to open this to a range of contemporary musicians and writers. So, if you have something you'd like online let us know and we will be happy to promote it.
